Sets the data type of a variable. Examples:

DataType	string	1..1	General type of a variable, e.g. “Text” or “Numeric”. Valid values include: Text, Numeric, Boolean, Date-Time, Factor
SubTypeSchema	string	0..1	A vendor or standards body with a controlled vocabulary. The value can be a URL.
SubType	string	0..1	The name used in the associated schema.
