This item indicates the relationship of the data collected to the amount of data coded and stored in the data collection. Information as to why certain items of collected information were not included in the data file stored by the archive should be provided. This supports the use of a controlled vocabulary. PLEASE NOTE A CHANGE IN USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: The string content of the element now contains the language specific label obtained from the controlled vocabulary. This allows for multiple languages through the repeated entry of the "concept" element. See the high level documentation for a complete description of usage.
